Lucy Gotham | 5 comments I read this book in school between 2000 and 2003.
It was a YA/ children’s fantasy book.

Lucy, I notice your thread is marked Solved. Did you find your book?

message 3: by Lucy (new)

Lucy Gotham | 5 comments No I didn’t :-(
Not sure how I marked it as solved as that doesn’t show up on mine.

Lucy Gotham | 5 comments Just realised I posted it in the solved thread. I’ll repost in the non-solved one.
Thanks for spotting. First time I’m used this group :-)

No worries. I clicked the small "edit" link beside the topic header, then selected the "Unsolved" folder. This only works on the desktop website, not the mobile app.

The worlds are called "Red", "White" and "Blue"?

Lucy Gotham | 5 comments Ah that’s why I couldn’t see where to use it as I’m just on the app. Thanks!

Yes - white, blue and red. One is the real world but I can’t remember which. One is a fantasy story the main character makes up (I feel like that’s blue but am not sure).

Thank you!

Ghouleh Slymenstra | 4 comments Hi, Lucy,

Someone just told me about a book series that sounds very similar to the book you are describing.

In the first book in the series I was recommended, there are certain individuals with the ability to travel between parallel Londons, but the worlds are color-coded as red, grey, and white. I have not read this book, but the title and author were given to me: A Darker Shade of Magic by V.E. Schwab. However, this book may not be classified as YA and it was also published around 2015...

Here's a wikipedia list of novels with parallel universes:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of...

And a curated list of YA novels featuring parallel universes:

Goodreads also has one (if you haven't browsed through it yet):
https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/3...

I hope you find the book you are looking for!
