Which book for this challenge (whether or not you actually completed the challenge) was the most meaningful/ greatest read?

Melanie | 1911 comments I personally was just blown away by The Crossover.
The Crossover by Kwame Alexander

I had no expectations for the book, and though I didn't expect to dislike it, I hadn't planned on liking it either. It has great poetry, great thematic follow through, exceptional plot, great characterization. It was just wholly good for me.

I really loved Driving by Starlight by Anat Deracine and I enjoyed Dread Nation (Dread Nation, #1) by Justina Ireland , but the one's really stuck with me was Spinning by Tillie Walden .

Spinning is a falling-out-of-love letter with figure staking, and the MC battles isolation, imposter syndrome, burnout, depression and coming to terms with her own sexuality and the fact that the sport she used to love just...isn't all that anymore. It really hit home.
