Anyone else find that the first sex scene was somehow ultra intense due to Spencer 's deafness?

I'm just guessing that the "inner monologue" aspects of the sex scene would have been almost as intense in written form but somehow the "listening to the inner musings of a deaf person" aspects of this scene made it just that more immediate for me.

Perhaps it's a bit twisted but this is one of the hottest sex scenes I've ever encountered. I do tend to have a strong reaction to empathy generating material.
