I Need to claim my book because i can't turns to an auther may be there is somthing wrong in my name

You need to claim your goodreads author profile at https://www.goodreads.com/author/conf...

Librarians have no control over approvals of Goodreads Author status. If you are having a problem with yours, you'll need to use the Contact Us link on the Help page.

but i click on : submit application any way
so should i do any thing or wait

It will accept submissions even if the name does not match, and approvals can take 2-3 business days (weekends not included).

But it's always ok to send as email to Support for help.
