Monroe Bryant | 7 comments Looking for a book set at the end of WWII where it opens with an American agent, possibly an assasin who, while on this C47, changes into a Chinese peasant clothing. He is looking for a Japanese General who is famous for killing his enemies by making them fight him in a sword battle. Can't remember the Character nor the Generals name. I've checked all of my "sample" books but can't locate it.

Unless you suddenly remember something about the book. Then you can bump before the 30 day period. Oh, and we do allow Spoilers in this group. Just warn that it's coming up--either type in SPOILERS (one time that "yelling" is allowed" or use the html hider. To see the format to use it (view spoiler) and it will show you what to do.

When did you read it?
Are you sure this is a kindle sample?
Self-published or regular publisher?

We really have no idea what the success rate is. Some books are found within minutes, others take years, many are still Unsolved.

Monroe Bryant | 7 comments I started reading it this year but never got past the first few chapters, but would love to finish it. The author wrote with such depth, it interested me a lot.

Monroe Bryant | 7 comments I think I got it as a kindle sample either through Goodreads or elsewhere, I don't remember. But I checked all of my samples that I have downloaded and it's not there. Don't remember what kind of publisher.
