correcting inappropriate book summaries

Hello,

I'd like to signal a recurring problem I've come across - I haven't found any mention of it in this group.

I've noted many books that do not have the adequate description (summary) and do not allow any editing. These books have seemingly been put up by the editors; they give no information about the subject/content, and simply highlight that they are re-publishing old books (kind of like an advertisement for their publishing house).

How are these to be signalled, in order to have the adequate book summaries added?
