Fantastic series, Skye!
I finished UNSUB today and enjoyed it so much, so I'd like to add Meg Gardiner as a potential Focus author.

Ian Rankin"
Thanks, Mike, Gem will add them to the list when she comes online.
When we read Iron Lake (Cork O'Connor, #1) I really enjoyed it and think William Kent Krueger would be a good addition to our Focus candidates.
Great additions! Val McDermid is a new fave and Tony Hillerman is one of my all time favorites. Would love to vote for either - or Parker.

Just read Wayward Shot, by Joan Havelange cozy mystery with golfing in a rural setting. Tons of humour. With lots of interesting characters.
I would like to get back to Michael Connelly I hate starting a series and only reading a certain amount. I'm the type of person that reads things in order and I dont like skipping. Just my two cents.

In an effort to get more participation, what if we focused on a group of authors or books, for example, authors of locked room mysteries, romantic mysteries, humorous mysteries, food-related mysteries, British mysteries.

Good idea, I'll run it by the moderators and see what we can come up with.
