Alright so Shae and I are planning on doing a few reading marathons XD Tonight for an hour or two, and also tomorrow for 3-4 hours while we're both free :) Just to get stuck in haha.

Sorry guys. Yeah. I’ll post my review today. In about 2 hours. I just got to the laundromat so I’ll be here for a couple of hours. I should be done with Caraval too. If anyone knows where I can use it let me know or I’ll just bank it.

Do you know how the challenge works?

So basically we have a set of cards, and each card comes with a requirement/task for the books. We need to read books that fit into those categories. Andrea made up a spreadsheet for us to track our books, and what works where. That's about all there is to it. There's 4 books per category that we can read, so there isn't many which is a bummer.

Have you finished Darken the Stars? If so, that can be updated and then we only need me to finish Daniel X before we get a new card :D We're a little behind but that's alright because we've got a few big books.

And it doesn't look like Caraval will count, but you are down for Finnikin of the Rock on the spreadsheet as well as Darken the Stars, so maybe if you read those ones next so we can get closer to new cards?

Yes. Sarah explained it to me. Thanks for asking her to do so. I just haven’t had time to go in on my laptop and see the spreadsheet and what I want to read. I basically read whatever my library has and are BRs. After Caraval I will start with Daniel X, my overdrive had it on audiobook.

If you read Daniel X you'll have to bank it, as the other spots are taken on the spreadsheet. It's just my Daniel X and your Darken the Stars that we need to finish for that card before we get a new card, so I want that done asap. Have you read Darken the Stars yet?

That’s fine. I think anything I read besides finnikin I’ll have to bank. I will do Daniel cause it’s audio and I’m going to the gym later so I listen to audios while I work out. And finnikin is physical so I’ll pick it up here and there.

Ah yeah. I've just gotta rush through 1st to Die after I finish off The Storyteller for another challenge, so Shae and I will be banking that one. But I'm listening to the audio as well as reading the physical of 1st to Die so it shouldn't take long, and I have a lot of free hours on Wednesday Thursday Friday which Shae and I will probably marathon more reading

I think people should only claim a spot or two ahead of what they're currently reading, that way people aren't waiting around and banking a whole heap of books. Someone can take my Painted Man spot if you want, as well as Final Empire, as it'll take me a few days to get to them. I know banked books are good, but what if they never count, and they'll be wasted.

I'm sure we'll get a couple wild cards through this challenge and we can always move stuff around even once we complete a card so I'm not that worried about it

I hope so, but it just doesn't seem right. You're alright with having all of the spots fill all the time? It's not fair.
