I'm not sure what's going on with Amazon. I put the same review there, and it tells me that it's there, but it's not showing up. I'll check again tomorrow and post it here then, if it finally has.
Thanks, Melanie and James.It seems they have changed the rules on the Zon. You now have to spend their minimum purchase amount to be allowed to post reviews to any given regional store.
Until such time as Emma makes an official announcement on our policy here, as I feel it is unreasonable to expect people to spend money on another site every year - although the option is there for those who can afford to do so - I am signing of those who have tried their best. My apologies to those affected, but it is a case of circumstances beyond our control.
