ABANDONED. YA Wattpad story: Kid finds out he has powers

Please help me find the name of a book published on Wattpad that I read between 2013 and 2016. At some point before the book series could be finished, the author began selling his book on amazon.

These are some features I remember:
-The MC's name was something like Jake, Jack, John?
- The "bad guys" were siblings named Rage and Requiem.
- The community that the MC found himself a part of had powers, with names like "telekinesis" and "manipulation".
- The MC had a best friend named Alex.
- At some point, the main character goes to some sort of a camp.
- The plot might be similar to the Divergent series.

If anybody could help me find this book or even just the author, I would be extremely grateful.
