Another author appears and not me.

Hello. My name is Anna Edwards. There is another author with the name, but she appears to be inactive (no profile picture and one book, Alien Gene, from several years ago). I'm having trouble when setting up anthologies and collaborations with other authors. The other Anna Edwards seems to appear for them to select, but they cannot find me. I'm not sure why? It's becoming very problematic for me. Is there anything that can be done to make sure mine appears and not hers. The other Anna Edwards currently has two books of mine on her profile. I need them brought to mine, Sweet Treats and Dirty Heat and 25 Days of Christmas. I also need the book Cursed Angels, a collaboration with Dani Rene on my account, not the other Anna's.

Please, can you advise me on what can be done to correct this?

We separate authors with the same name with extra spaces, so your profile has two space: Anna^^Edwards (^ is space). If someone wants to add a book to your profile they need to add those two spaces.

I moved the three books to your profile.

You can either keep the profile with the two spaces and make here a request to move a book to your profile (which is easy for a librarian to do) or yo can ask the staff to give you the default profile, but that means automatic imports for the other author(s) will be on your profile and need to be moved each time.

Hi, can you give me the default profile, please? The other author is no longer writing. It's not always possible to get the people that set up anthologies to add the ^^ as they do it and then ask questions later. Thank you for your help
