Error when loading book cover on homepage

Apologies if this isn't appropriate for the librarians group, but wanted to check here first before asking for goodreads support.

While marking this edition of game of thrones as "Currently Reading", a missing image graphic is shown instead of the cover.

The full URL for the missing image appears to be the following:
https://i.gr-assets.com/images/S/comp...

It returns a 403 error.

I can view the cover fine on the book page and most other pages, but fails to load on the homepage.

Does anybody else get this issue? Might re-uploading the cover image help?

All 3 cover sizes are present, so it's not something librarians can assist with or that re-uploading the cover is likely to help.
