Adorable! Best welcome gift ever. :)
Hello Everyone! My name is Patrick M. Egan. I've been a writer for over three decades, in stage, screen, and now as an author. My literary influences are J.D. Salinger, Kurt Vonnegut, Albert Camus, Groucho Marx, Tim Sandlin, Kobo Abe, and Jean-Paul Sartre, (yes, an odd list, but an accurate one)
I would love it if my recent novel "GET HAPPY" was considered as a possible entry into your book reading challenge. If follow the link below, you can read the book's description, reviews, and sample chapters.
If you are a member of Kindle Unlimited, you can now download my novel for free!
I would also appreciate for other writers and readers to friend me, follow me, write me, and ask me questions. I enjoy making and maintaining new friends and contacts.
Thanks!

Tea- Hey, thank you. :)Er, I won't steal your chocolate rather will share some with you if you like. :P :D
I prefer secluded places than crowded ones. Moreover, haven't ever seen snow fall here where I live. So I guess some hilly area would be a great place to live. At least I fancy so. :)

Welcome to the group Daniel. ☺We all here love reading and some of us are addicted to challenges.
We have Author Self Promotion part of the group where you can tell us more about your book.
Okay, I just joined, so here goes...My birthday is December 19th, and I am 54. Too many favorite books to mention. I like to hop from genre to genre - never get bored that way. I have four dogs and two cats. I love to read when it is gloomy and rainy outside, so I would love to live somewhere that gets a lot of rain - Seattle, being the home of Starbucks, would be my pick.

Hello! I'm Kristin - Here's my run down:Favorite Books: I just finished the Experiment in Terror series by Karina Halle and I have to say I've never been so sucked in and consumed by a series before. Hands down - my all time favorite! Besides EIT, I really liked The Bronze Horseman, The Eighth Guardian, The Goldfinch, Angelfall, The Unbecoming of Mara Dyer, Lux series (by Jennifer Armentrout) and Elemental Assassins series (by Jennifer Estep). I'm sure there are others but those are the ones that popped into my head right off.
Favorite Book Genre: I read all types of genres but primarily bounce between paranormal and adult contemporary romance. Oh, and I read a lot of YA - at first I read them to scout out books for my daughter and nieces but have found many excellent books in this genre!
Favorite Authors: Karina Halle & Colleen Hoover are on my auto-buy list
Favorite Color: Royal Blue
Pets: I have two golden retrievers - Sadie and Stella
If I could live anywhere in the world I would love to live somewhere warm and on the coast - yet still close (ish) to family
I know I'm a book addict because ....
1. ...if I'm not reading, I'm thinking about reading...
2. ...I take my kindle with me everywhere. (EVERYWHERE)...
3. ...I often get a bit overwhelmed with the mountain of unread books I have - and then buy more 10 minutes later....
4. ...I'm always reading at least one book - but often 2 or 3 - and sometimes more at a time...
5. ...I love my book lists and keeping track of challenges and planning out what to read next month...
6. ...my husband tells me I have a reading problem and says the first step is admitting it... supposedly there are only 11 more steps to go although I'm perfectly content holding steady at step one.
Welcome to NBRC Kristin ☺I'm sure we'll help you with that book mountain. To make it bigger of course. :P
