My name is Carissa which means beloved.
I was born on 26 January 1997.
I have way too many favorite books to post them all here. but one of my favorite series is the Queen's Blade.
My favorite is genre is Fantasy, but I will read just about anything as long as it is well written.
One of my favorite authors is John Flanagan. I realize that he write books that lie in the region between children and young adult, but I really enjoy his sense of humor. I also like T. C. Southwell. He is the author of the series the Queen's Blade. There are also several other authors I like, but I do not want to bore anyone with that long list.
My favorite color is either a very dark red or a blue that is almost black but still retains a deep bright sense of blue. (I realize that one of my favorite colors is not described really well, but I do not know how to describe it any better. Also, the blue color is not navy.)
My favorite food is fries as long as they are not sweet potato fries.
At the moment, I have two dogs. One is a male and his name is Ranger. The other is a female and she is names Holly.
If I could live anywhere in the world it would be either Germany or Colorado. I love the weather in Colorado, how there is hail in the summer but burning hot days in the winter and that you can never predict. I love the food in Germany. Also, there are several fun activities to do in Germany.
I had my first taste of being a book addict in the fourth grade, but as the years passed I slowly became a bookaholic. I know this because I always have a book with me, I stay up to obnoxious hours to finish book even though I have a test tomorrow, book stores and libraries are my second home, and if I could read all day I would be in heaven.

If I could live anywhere in the world it would be: I would live in England. I love all the history that they have,most towns have some sort of historical area which is just so amazing. I also love cold weather so it's the perfect place for me to curl up in a cozy corner and read for hours.

Not really would be answer to all your questions. :)

We have team challenge and to help us mods keep an eye on teams we split them in smaller groups where each mod got one group. This round we took mythology as theme for grouping and naming teams and I got (picked) Norse. That's where Ragnarok comes in - trying to win challenge :P
I'm not really into mythology. All I know about Norse (or any other) is what I picked up from various books like Dresden Files, Percy Jackson series, Iron Druid Chronicles,... So not much and take it with grain of salt :P

Favorite Book(s): One Hundred Years of Solitude. Of course, there are a lot of books I completely adore, however this one has always been very special and is the first one that comes to mind when I have to pick a favourite.
