I don't remember any of the characters names.
The guy turns into a green dragon and meets the love interest at the bookstore he lives above. Has a pet cat. He invites her for tea, both like to read. He turns/ shifts into a girl (Jasmine I believe ) with his same color of eyes so that he can enroll at the school the girl goes to. The guys "uncle is a demon who sometimes picked them up from school, he eventually kidnaps the girl to sacrifice her but the guy saves her in his dragon form. The main character and the guy who changes into a girl go with friends over to another guy's house and tape pads with hot sauce all over his car.
