Addy took the box from him and resisted her temptation to shake it, knowing how fragile the other two gifts were. She looked at him, then the box, and opened the present slowly, careful to keep the paper intact. "You know you don't have to do this, right? We're just constructs."
"I know I don't have to." He said. "I want to." He sighed. "And so what if you're constructs? "That doesn't mean I should treat you any differently then I would a human." He watched as she opened the present. Like the other two gifts he had chosen them all with each in mind. Hers he had chosen knowing how much she had craved adventure. Hoping she could use them on this one. Inside the box was a pair of gold painted binoculars, and compass.
Addy grinned. "Oh, these are cool!" She grinned and looked them over in her hands before she put them in her pockets and hugged him. "Thank you." She grinned and turned around to go show Boo and Olivia. She popped down on the bed and pulled her present out, showing them off. "Look! So cool!" Boo looked over at her and laughed softly before she picked up the compass and looked it over. "Very cool."
London sort of chuckled as he saw her grin. He closed the door when she left, and continued his work.
Olivia looked at the compass curiously, looking up from her book she had been flipping through, looking at the color pictures. Smiling at the shininess of the compass.
"What does it do?" She asked as she came came over closer, reaching her hand out and touching it as if it were glass.

She grinned and slowly spun the compass in her hand, showing Olivia how the needle always pointed towards North. Boo smiled as she watched them, then put the finishing touched on their charging cables. "Alright, we're all set for tonight. Why don't you guys go try out Addy's presents? I'll read you some stories tonight, alright, Oli?"

Boo smiled even more. "Even better. Now run along, you two." She looked across the hall and cocked her head, frowning slightly as she wondered what he was working on. Addy smiled at Olivia and started to walk out, gesturing for her to follow. "Come on, you can use the binoculars while I use my telescope, okay? We can see the dolphins close up!" Boo waited for the pair to leave before she went across the hall again. "Sir? Don't you want to look at the water or anything?" She saw his work books and walked inside. "Can I help with that?"

"Oh." he said quickly setting his pen aside and closing the book. Not knowing how she would react to his research of extending her time. "No thank you." He said smiling at her. "I have it handled." He stood up and walked over to her. "I think I could use a break though. "Come on, lets go and look at the water." He smiled and took her hand as he walked out of the room.

Boo frowned at his secrecy, but took a step back anyway. "Alright..." She smiled slightly when he took her hand, then followed after him. "Oh, I was thinking... If you put a thin sheet of rubber between our joints, you could prevent water from entering our system, so we could not only swim, but it would extend how long we remained functional." She looked up at him and bit her lip gently, wondering if he'd be alright with her input.
London blinked as he listened to her.

He gave her a soft quick kiss, before running back to the room. Quickly picking up his work and a his pen. His mind working quickly as he wrote down equation after equation. Why hadn't he thought of it before. He would have to make the rubber differently. His smile remained on his face as he threw himself into it.

"How's it going, guys?"
Olivia smiled when she saw Boo, running over to her with the binoculars in hand. She had been looking out over the water with them. Trying to get another look at the dolphins. Being pleasantly surprised when she saw more then one.
Boo knelt down and swept her up into her arms, spinning her once before she walked over towards Addy. "What've you been looking at, Oli?" She smiled and stood next to the railing of the ship, looking out over the ocean.
Olivia giggled when she was spun around, hugging Boo happily as she did. She let go a bit as she pointed out over the water, where she had last seen them.
"The dolphins!" She said excitedly.

"Dolphins? That's pretty cool." Boo smiled and looked out over the water, brushing a strand of hair behind her ear. "Have you been waving to them?"

"They waved first." She pointed out. Turning back to look as one jumped into the air a bit of a ways off. She smiled and giggled, clapping her hands together excitedly. Having the time of her little life.

Boo laughed softly and kissed her forehead gently. "I'm glad you're having fun, Oli..." She looked over at Addy who smiled back at her, then looked towards the door. "Where's London?" The smile slowly slipped from her face as Boo shook her head. "Locked up in his room, working..."
Olivia frowned when she heard he was working. Wanting to be able to have fun with him as well. Wondering why he had to be working now. Hoping he would still be able to read to her later, and not forget about her all over again.
Boo smiled at Olivia, trying to make her feel better. "Hey, it's not all bad! When we're off the ship, he won't be able to hide anywhere and we can steal all of his attention, okay?"
Olivia thought about that for a second, and then nodded her head. A bit of a smile returning to her face. She hugged her happily, and then jumped out of her arms. Running back over to the side and looking over the water again.
Addy smiled over at Olivia and pointed to another dolphin breaching the water. Boo frowned and turned, now determined to get London out of his room. She walked down to his room and slammed his door open, glaring at him before she stalked over to him. "That is it! Get upstairs and spend time with Olivia now or, so help me, I will make a construct to do it!"
London blinked very much surprised by how forward she was suddenly being. He set his pen down and closed the book.
"Alright." He said standing up. He smiled over at her as he grabbed his jacket. "I just finished up anyway." He walked to her side. "I wont be working for the rest of the trip."

Boo blinked and opened her mouth to say something, but nothing came out. "Oh, I... Okay." She smiled at him and turned, pushing him through the door. "Go, they're both up there." She crossed her arms and paused a moment, supremely happy that it had worked. Honestly, she had been expecting a bit more resistance, but this had worked out nicely.
"I'm going, I'm going." he said with a laugh. Walking up the stairs, as he pulled on his jacket. Olivia turned around to look as she heard the door open. Expecting to see Boo coming back. She smiled wide when she saw London.

Boo trailed up after him, then smiled when she heard Olivia crying out. She walked over to Addy, who was looking out over the horizon, and leaned over to look into the water. Addy smirked slightly and looked over at Boo, "You are one sly construct." Boo simply laughed and shook her head.
"So what have you been looking at?" He asked as he walked over to the side. She smiled.
"Look." She said handing him the binoculars. He took them and looked over the water.

Boo smiled over at them as Addy grinned. "Yeah! It's old sailing legend! Just like how rats abandoning the ship means bad luck!" Boo moved away from the edge of the railing as the ship hit a few rough patches, but Addy only leaned over further. "This is awesome!"
"Be careful please Addy." London said with a sigh. "You get wet and it's going to take the rest of the boat ride there to get you back to normal." Olivia wasn't really paying attention to them anymore. She suddenly gasped and her eyes widened as she saw a huge black and white creature in the distance.
Boo frowned at Addy and grabbed the back of her dress, pulling her back from the edge. "Really, are you a week old again?" Addy frowned right back and stuck her tongue out at her, though her eyes were drawn back out when she heard Olivia gasp. She grinned and leaned forward again, nearly vibrating once more. "AN ORCA! I didn't even know they HAD those out here!"

"They don't appear out here very often." He said thoughtfully. "It's probably migrating."
"Pretty!" Olivia squealed excitedly. Her eyes practically sparkling with delight. She smiled wide and wrapped her arms around London's neck, hugging him happily.

Boo smiled softly when she saw how happy everyone was in that moment, sighing happily and leaning back. While she worried for Addy, already planning on how to get her out of the water and fixed again, she let her be, not wanting to be too pushy with her. Addy, to her credit, was leaning back a bit, not wanting to make Boo too worried.
"Can we play a game?" Olivia asked him. Her arms still wrapped around his neck as she looked to him.
"Of course." He said nodding. "What do you want to play?" She tapped her finger against her chin as if deep in thought. London couldn't help but chuckled as he saw this.
"Hide and seek!" She suggested.

Boo and Addy both laughed as Olivia led them away, then stopped so that London wouldn't hear them. After a moment, Addy broke away, winking at Olivia and Boo. The latter knelt down and whispered, "Where are we gonna go, Oli?"
Olivia thought for a second, and brought her quickly led her down to where there rooms were. She looked between the rooms, and quickly decided to hide in London's room. She opened the door and let go of Boo's hand. Go over and hiding under the desk.
Boo smiled and went to London's closet, hiding in there. She kept quiet as possible, even stopping her artificial breathing and heartbeat to try to stay as quiet as possible.
London finished up counting and started looking for them. He looked around for awhile on the top, before deciding to check downstairs. He walked down and looked in the empty room's first. Afterwards he checked there room, looking under the beds and the closet. He smiled as he stood up and went across to his room. Opening the door, he could hear Olivia's giggle.
"I guess she isn't in here." He said pretending to leave. He snuck around the side of the desk. "I found you!" He said as he pulled her out and into his arms. Olivia squealed in delight and giggled. "Want to help me find the others?" She smiled and nodded.

Boo smiled slightly from her hiding place, able to see what was going on through the slats in the door. She loved to see them so happy and just knowing that they were bonding made her feel like everything from the past month was erased.
London smiled and set her down. She quickly started to search around the rest of the room. Having not seen where she went. She smiled as she searched though. London following silently behind her, keeping back his laugh at the determined look on her face. She finally stopped at the closet and opened the door wide.
"Boo!" She said smiling.

Boo grinned and quickly picked Olivia up, laughing and spinning her around once. "Alright, you guys found me! Now on to Addy?" She smiled at London, then kissed Olivia's cheek.
"Lets go and find her." London said smiling as Olivia nodded. He ruffled her hair gently, as they walked out of the room to look.

Boo smiled and hung back with London. She looked at him out of the corner of her eye, then bit her lip. Plucking up all her courage, she brushed her hand against his for a moment, hoping he would get the, albeit subtle, hint that she wanted to hold his hand.
London looked over at her when he felt this, and smiled softly. He reached over and took her hand in his. Lacing his fingers through hers. He looked at her for a second longer, before he heard Olivia's frustrated sigh.
"I can't find her." She said putting her lip out.

Boo blushed lightly and smiled over at him, happy to twine her fingers in his. When Olivia pouted, she laughed softly. "Okay, where have you checked? Have you looked all around the top deck yet?"
"No." She said, and shook her head.
