Trying to find this book, help appreciated.

Hello everyone, this is my first post so much appreciated for reading this.

I was at the park the other day and overheard this girl talking about a book that I'm trying to find. She said it "encourages employees talking about the things they don't like about the company they work for".

I know that's not a lot to go off of, but if anyone has any ideas it would be greatly appreciated.
