I made a report template you can use to send to Goodreads here.

The author Brett Arquette keeps making sockpuppet accounts for their book Operation Hail Storm. I made an imgur album of the email which I can forward to you if you like:

They are also sending the same spam to other Goodreads users: https://www.goodreads.com/questions/1...

Please deal with this.

I recommend you vary it and only use this to inspire your own message, though, as original messages are more effective at conveying your point and if Goodreads gets spammed with the same message, they might view it as spam.
