Read a book that does not qualify for any other 10 or 20 point task. This task may not be repeated.

10.2 Ravioli

March 20 is National Ravioli Day - Read a book by an author who was born in Italy OR a book set in Italy.

10.3 Series

Read book 3, 4, or 5 from a series.

10.4 Book Riot

Read any book off of this Book Riot List.

10.5 Green Stone

In honor of The Green Stone and The Green Stone read a book with 1000 ratings or fewer.

10.6 Justine

Justine and Justine are both named for women. Read a book in which the entire title is a woman's name. Subtitles will be ignored for this one.

10.7 Neutral Name (Anika's Task)

Read a book by an author whose first name could belong to either a male or female author (for our purposes we will be using this list of English unisex names). Initial-only names, such as L.M. Montgomery and C.S. Lewis, will also be accepted for this task.

10.8 Double Continent (Coralie's Task)

Read a book set (at least 20% each) in more than one continent. For the purpose of this task, we will use this list to determine continents for each location. Please include relevant locations/continent in your completion post.

10.9 Double Trouble (Karen Michele's Task)

Read a book with at least 20 shelvings of 2 of the following 4 genres:
Historical
Contemporary
Mystery
Cultural

Genres can be compound (mystery-thriller) or embedded (cultural>Italy).

The Double and The Double both deal with Doppelgangers. Read a book with twin characters. See task specific thread for further examples.

20.2 The Blazing World

The Blazing World and The Blazing World both deal with feminism.

"Feminism is a range of political movements, ideologies, and social movements that share a common goal: to define, establish, and achieve political, economic, personal, and social equality of sexes." (From Wikipedia)

Read a book that embraces these ideals. Your book may include the word 'feminist' in the book description, be found in the genre section of the book's main GR page, or be found on one of a variety of lists available. If it is not obvious from the GR page of your book, please post the title of your book and a link to a reference showing it as a book focused on feminism.

20.3 Sanctuary

The authors of Sanctuary and Sanctuary each won the Pulitzer Prize in the fiction/novel category. Read a book by any author who has won in the novel or fiction category of the Pulitzer Prize. This is the list of winners we will be using.

20.4 Night Watch

Night Watch and Night Watch are both available in English and Russian. Read a book that has an English and Russian edition available.

20.5 The Queen's Necklace

The Queen's Necklace and The Queen's Necklace both center around and follow an object. Read a book that focuses on a single item through time. Suggestions can be found here: https://www.goodreads.com/list/show/1...

20.6 Dead Souls

The authors of Dead Souls and Dead Souls each have a surname with non-consecutive repeating consonants. Read a book by any author whose surname consists of non-consecutive repeating consonants (i.e. any letter other than A, E, I, O, or U).

20.7 The Red Queen

The Red Queen and The Red Queen both fictionalize the life of royalty. Read a book which is a fictional account of historical royalty, or in which there is a fictional royal character.

20.8 Silent Spring (Ed's Task)

Rachel Carson's famous book Silent Spring warned the public about the degradation of the environment and was published in 1962. For this task, read any book that is not a novel published in OR before 1962.

20.9 Jumbo (Kate S's Task)

Read any book with 500 pages or more in the MPE.

20.10 My Comfort Zone (Elizabeth (Alaska)'s Task)

Read any book published in the 19th Century (1801-1900) by an author born in France or Britain. (19th C Britain = England, Wales, Scotland, Ireland).
