Tim's turn to nominate this week and he's gone with Icelandic singer Bjork.

Tim has stated that Bjork's earlier bands can be included, earlier groups Tappi Tikarrass, KUKL and Sugarcubes provided that Bjork is on vocals, so that should widen the scope.

I don’t really like Bjørk but I do admire what she does. My choice was written for her by John Tavener, I suppose it’s actually classical and it’s 15 mins long but if you have time, please give it a go. it’s one of those things that gradually builds.
No I haven’t suddenly got religion, I just think it’s a great piece of music.
It begins with a real human heartbeat.

A decent enough turn out, great to see, thanks everyone that has taken part so far. Nominations for our next phase of FA will start soon, I just have to think of one to nom for this round and I'll get it up and running. So if anyone else hasn't given us a suggestion for this round yet, better get a move on, it will be closing soon.

I shouldn't really like Bjork's music...but there's just something infectious about her surreal-ness! Quite like her music in her Sugarcube days...a band I wasn't familiar with. T'was very hard to separate the top three...could've done with a bigger playlist & lot more votes!
