So I'm not 100% sure how accurate this is, It's about a poor boy who lives in a forest with his father. He ends up going to the city to try and deal with the ruler, or some injustice. Meanwhile the there is a girl escaping with her servant, who seemed to have magical powers of some sort, maybe healing and other powers. They end up teaming up (view spoiler)[and eventually falling in love. (hide spoiler)] It seemed to take place in a non-modern world where there was some kind of chaos. When I last read this it was in 2011 and had seemed to be a part of a series. I know that the book covers had to do with elements. I believe the cover of the first one is green with a foresty vibe and its other books the ocean blue and fire/red and orange. It was also a hardcover book. Sorry if this is very vague. That is as much as I can remember and really want to find the book. Thank you very much for your help!
