contains a semi spoiler at the end? I am trying to find a book that had a specific story I can't remember. A teen girl who has cancer or a brain tumor works at a colonial museum place during the fall. She meets the ghost of a young soldier who is stuck inside the cabin/building she works in. They bond over him being dead, and her having a fatal disease. I can't remember much of the middle of the story, but I remember at the end she walks out into the woods surrounding her work and ends up dying out there. There's a line that says something like "They didn't find her body until spring when the snow melted." The book would have come out sometime before 2009. It was a YA anthology book with multiple short horror stories.

Yes that is it!!! Thank you so much, it was driving me crazy. I own(ed) the book when I was a teenager, and after looking through my bookcase and through all my horror anthology books I couldn't find it in any of them. Thank you!!! :)
