It's about a woman who has a doppelganger or thinks that she is one?

It was an unusual ending and she wished to discussed it with me so she made the recommendation. I wanted to put it in my GR list, but I forgot the name!

CraftyChara | 2121 comments I thought the librarian said Delia price what she really said was Giller prize. I took a look at the list of recent award winners until I saw a name that look familiar. Instead of Bells of it was Bellevue. The description sounded like the book. :0)
