Team I On The Prize (Reporting Thread)

At the Mountains of Madness for Professor MC on card 1.
Also fits horror, male author, classic
Edit:
Oops, I forgot mountains (duh), snow on cover, set in 1900s

Also fits male author, female author, mystery, family drama, MC is military (ex-marine with several flashbacks)

Also fits romance, female author, MC has special powers, set in the US, author's name starts with T

I know, why a I finishing a book for card 2? I realised I needed to get it read for a review so had to prioritise it.

Also fits: #1: animal on cover, 1st book in series, YA, vampires/werewolves/ghosts
#2: trees on cover, MC has special powers, set in US, debut

#1: romance, set in 1880s, title starts with V, female author
#2: historical fiction, set in England
#3: release before 2000, author pseudonym (Chase instead of Chekani)

Will also be ok for trees on cover, snow on cover, standalone, set in United States (Alaska), author debut.
(There's been a change of plan. Will read 'female author' next.)

I just thought this one might be more useful as debut author or something on card 2. My next book (Agatha Christie) is short, but won't fit as many categories. Should be finished tomorrow

Off to start my second book now.
Updated Feb 12th. clr.

#1: 1st book in series
#2: mystery, set in US

Other tasks it would fit:

Card 2: Mystery or thriller (if cozy mystery counts), set in the US, food on cover

Also works for: set in 1900's, male author, book to movie, one word title.
