Jesse Clarke | 7 comments After a long break from regular reading, I've decided to get back into my favorite hobby. I'm committing myself to read 50 books in 2018. I'm 4 books in so far and starting my 5th book today. I won't be reading very long books. 300-500 pages each perhaps. I also plan to start writing again and see if I can improve my writing skill. I look forward to watching everyone's progress.

Sounds good Jesse! Good to hear you're picking up your favourite hobby again!
300-500 pages may not be the longest books but they certainly aren't the shortest ones!!

Looking forward to your updates too Jesse! Wishing you the best of luck with your goal & happy reading!!

Susy (susysstories) I actually don't know any of those 5!😳

You seem to really like the Honor Harrington series? What makes it so good?

Weirdly enough, I'm brand new to the series. My boyfriend is a HUGE fan of the series. He even belongs to the fan group and got me to join. The books were a little hard to get into, mostly because I'm not used to reading a lot of sci-fi. I'm especially not used to the technical and military talk. But once I got through the first book, I began to really enjoy them. I have now joined the fan group and am looking forward to reading more from the series.
