561-585. I found this. You can see the title is for a collection of works, so I think the image used could have been a custom-made. As the cover was uploaded in Nov 2017 it would have been a recently sold but a google (by cover url)search doesn't find the exact cover used.
I've recombined it with Mistery and Manners, but let me know if you find any information it was actually published. Thanks for taking care of the rest.

Hmmm. Ok, possibly I wasn't clear enough. I wasn't looking for a combine or a move. There is a duplicate of the book which I beleive means the duplicate should be deleted.
