SOLVED. YA Romance/Supernatural (Probably). Read last year (late 2016-mid 2017). I think the cover was a snowy forest from a bird-eye's view. Spoilers ahead. [s]

The plot was where a girl found an injured and mysterious young man in the woods near her home. She ended up finding out he was from Hell and he only comes to Earth to kill bad people to send them to Hell (if I remember correctly). I also believe she had a friend who was lesbian. This friend also had a Tumblr dedicated to her girlfriend's feet (I strangely remember that so well). I think the young man from Hell was friends with a couple demons.

Sorry if this doesn't help. Sometimes my memory mixes things together, but I'm pretty sure that was the book.
