SOLVED. British children's/YA series with sisters with nature names and a BFF using a wheelchair. [s]

I read this series as a young teen. It was a series about a family, I think mostly sisters (there may have been one brother) and each novel was told from a different family member's point of view. The plots generally had relationship/interpersonal type drama, although sometimes they would go on "adventures" (I think one time they had to travel far to find someone? ugh). The kids all had nature or seasonal related names, e.g. Summer, Iris, Jade, that type of thing (just googled all of these so don't think any of those were their actual names sadly lol). The titles were all related to each kid's name. One of the younger sisters had a BFF who used a wheelchair who was a major character in that sister's book (I wanted to find these b/c this was actually one of the first disabled characters I encountered whose plotline did not revolve around her disability). I'm pretty sure they had a single mom and I'm pretty sure the mom was an artist. I put children's/YA because some of the books were about teenagers and some were about preteen kids (as they were written from multiple POVs). I know the author was British. I think I read these in the early to mid 2000s but I'm pretty sure they had been out for a few years before then (maybe written in 1990s-early 2000s). Thanks for your help!!
