A book mentioned in another book

For a book mentioned in another book, does it have to be mentioned by title? Because I read Otherworld January 20-21 and it had a line in it about Harry Potter and the "mythical creatures" in the games:



And then I read Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them on January 28th.

Let me know if you want an exact title mentioned to then be read. I think I read another line in a book recently that mentioned an exact title.
