This book was realistic fiction as far as I'm concerned. It was set in an apartment building with a name like Sunrise or Sunset or something like that. I remember a few characters, including a black female judge and a woman who wrote in pig latin. They were all involved in some kind of mystery or court case surrounding a will(??) I believe. Please help!! I'd love to find this book again since it's been several years since I read it!
