Cheryl, no, it isn't that book, but it sounds amazing and I'll put it on my TBR!
But you are right, there are, in fact, two huge computers in this story, although both "huge" in very different ways.

I was initially thinking about (view spoiler)[The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy (hide spoiler)], before I realized there would probably be fifty books out there that fit the description.
