Cheating husband has another child with mistress

Hello everyone! I am looking for a book that I read years ago. It’s about a husband who has an extramarital affair and he has another child named jack but then jacks mother dies in a really bad car crash ( because she has drinking problems) and jack has to go live with his dads family. And then the wife ends up having cancer and she doesn’t want to fight it because of her hard life and then the daughter leaves the family. So much drama lol. Please let me know if you can find it!
