This story is about a teen girl who is anorexic. She is forced to go to a clinic (hospital) for people with eating disorders. She tries to fake putting on weight by stuffing her socks with coin money but is found out. She makes friends with a girl who has bulimia. Eventually they get out. They go to the same school I think and when she has lunch she is supervised by staff to make sure she eats. At some point she buys chocolate for the bulimic girl to eat while she runs to lose weight.
