Karen D | 111 comments Finished Running with Scissors by Augusten Burroughs this morning! That was so easy to get through, a short audiobook that only took a couple days of commuting to finish! And a lot more entertaining than I expected, since I never saw the movie.

Dorothy Must Die (Dorothy Must Die, #1) by Danielle Paige
Great book - I love it when a skillful author turns a classic tale upside down. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. Five stars.

March sign up is ready

Avid Reader and Geek Girl (avidreaderandgeekgirl) | 417 comments Candy I LOVED this book!! The Gentleman's Guide to Vice and Virtue (Guide, #1) by Mackenzi Lee 5 stars! I ripped thru the 500+ pages in a week, which might be a record for me, I literally laughed and cried with this book, a lot of laughing, Monty is hilarious, and even though the book went in a different direction than I was expecting it was a great read. Thanks for the pick!

Now I've finished Camino Island too. 2/21/18.

I've started The Chessmen and it's next. Thanks again, Karen.

Avid Reader and Geek Girl (avidreaderandgeekgirl) | 417 comments Finished Three Dark Crowns (Three Dark Crowns, #1) by Kendare Blake - I gave it 3 stars it was very hard too follow there were too many characters to keep track of

message 119: by Michelle (new)

Michelle Leonard (chelleo) I finished The Society by Jodie Andrefski and my bonus read: City of Bones (The Mortal Instruments, #1) by Cassandra Clare . Currently reading Tilt-a-Whirl (John Ceepak Mystery, #1) by Chris Grabenstein

message 120: by Zuzana (last edited Feb 25, 2018 04:22AM) (new)

Zuzana | 1204 comments Finished American Gods today. I liked it but not as much as I expected. NG is one of my favourite authors but this book just didn't click with me.

American Gods by Neil Gaiman 2/25/18 ★★★ (635 pages)

Due to an insane amount of workload this month I won't be able to tackle The Help. :( It will have to wait.

message 121: by Carrie (new)

Carrie (icanhasbooks) | 595 comments Finished Lips Touch: Three Times, 4 stars from me.

message 122: by Jammin Jenny (new)

Jammin Jenny (jamminjenny) | 1078 comments Finally finished one of my dusty books this month

I Am Watching You read 2/26, 4 stars

I really enjoyed this book, and didn't guess who the killer was which is a good sign for me.

message 123: by Marty (new)

Marty (martymill) | 1299 comments I managed to finish both first-choice books this month. Wrapped up The Women by T.C. Boyle this morning. I'm a bit on the fence about this one. The book starts with Wright's last wife and goes backward. It's also fairly obvious who Boyle has the most sympathy for and 80% of the book focuses on them. The other two women get short shrift. Not sure that Boyle's ever going to be a favorite author of mine. I gave it three stars.

I didn't get the bonus pick this month, but it's on my TBR.
