They meet at a student protest against the education system and how the teachers are being racist, sexist, this, that, the next thing. College level kids. They go up to the most "homophobic" (I only put quotes around it because it's not an actual fear) teacher and they kiss right in front of him. It was to make point at first. But maybe they feel something more now.Just an idea.
Name: Tobio Sebastian KurosawaAge: 18
Grade: Freshman in college
Sexuality: Pansexual with a male lean
Appearance

Something like a cross between these two. Hair and tattoos from the first, style from the second, color scheme and glasses from the first, bandaids and aliens and piercings from the second
Tobio had been protesting with the other students on campus. Rallying and yelling. He felt a hand on his arm and looked up, ready for a fight. It was a guy named Felix, he was in a few of Tobio's classes Felix pulled them in front of their Physics teacher, a crude old 'homophobe' who couldn't even stand when two boys were ouching unless it was in physical sports. Even that was a stretch for him. Tobio knew exactly what he was about to do. He rounded on Felix and grabbed his collar. Then, right in from of the physics teacher, he kissed him full on the mouth. Their teacher looked disgusted but Tobio hardly noticed.
Tobio laughed, looking up at Felix. He wasn't much shorter than him but it was enough. He looked over at their physics teacher who had stumbled back in horror and smiled, interlacing his fingers with Felix's. He hadn't know Felix well before but now he felt obligated to, not that he wouldn't like to.
"Yah, physics, literature and calculus." Tobio said. He pushed up his glasses and blinked his bright green eyes slowly, wondering if it wouldn't be inappropriate to kiss Felix again. He didn't know why, he just felt the sudden urge to do just that. Kiss him again. He remembered being fascinated with Felix's point of view on a mathematician on a project they'd been paired for, and Felix was a neighbor to his dorm room.
"And I live in the dorm next to yours." He said, smiling even wider at the sound of his accent. Tobio had always loved accents, he'd forgotten Felix had one from their brief conversations and loved discovering it again.
"Why don't you come over tonight, we can chill and watch a movie." Tobio suggested. He took off his glasses and cleaned them on his grey sweater. They weren't even dirty, it was just a nervous habit. He tapped his boot, clad toe on the ground and pushed his glasses back up the bridge of his nose, over the slight bump that you could only see if you looked for it.
"What song is that?" Tobio asked as he took Felix's hand and started to walk with the crowd again. They flowed with the crowd ending up in the middle with the more calm supporters of the rally. The people who were yelling were towards the outside of the group.
"I'm sorry." Tobio said knowing he'd almost done the same to many times. That's why he always either wore long sleeves or cuff bracelets around his wrists. People thought he was just weird but he was really hiding scars. Didn't everyone have scars to hide?
Tobio yawned. Nervous tick. He yawned again. And again. Why was he so nervous. Was it Felix of the talk of suicide. Or maybe it was his own emotions. He wanted to hug Felix. Kiss him again. Hold him. The thing was that this time it would be to prove a different point.
"Yes and no." Tobio said struggling to see over anyone really. 5'4" was short for a college student, but he was in proportion to the rest of his body. Small, lean, muscular. "So?" Tobio asked looking up at Felix, then back down at their hands, fingers still interlaced.
"Not much." Tobio said tugging on his sleeve. He was being jostled by the people around him. "You?" He asked over the din. He looked around, shoulders everywhere. Shoulders and when he looked up, signs in the sky. Held high in the air. A truly beautiful sight when though about.
"How long has this been going on anyway? The walking part was only supposed to be around campus and then we end i the quad for a half hour long speech from the guy who started this all." Tobio said. He was pushed a bit further towards Felix due t the flow of the crowd but he didn't mind.
"It's a good thing you're so tall. I can't see anything." Tobio said laughing. They walked with the whole school and stopped in a space where they could see the podium on the front steps of the school. Too many people in not enough space meant they were packed together like sardines in a can.
"Maybe s, but you're tall tome. Most people are." Tobio responded looking up at Felix. He untangled their finger and wrapped his arms around Felix's waist instead, holding him closer in the crowds. There was a great roar of cheering as the catalyst speaker for this event took to the podium and began a speech about equality.
"Whatever floats your goat." Tobio said. He listened to the speech and leaned farther into Felix with every body the jostled them. Nobody on campus cared that they were together and after this it'd the same. There were plenty of gay couples here. Maybe they'd end up joining the ranks.
Tobio gave a sideways grin and glanced up at Felix. "They are cute." He said deciding to entertain the subject. "I think there's a pet store not far rom campus, though I don't think we can have animals in the dorms." Tobio said thinking. "Yah no. That's why I had to leave Smoky and Night at home with my mum."
Tobio smiled. "I have a lot of stuff going on in my head too." Tobio said. I just hardly ever think someone cares enough to listen. So I write it down." He leaned bak farther into Felix's chest. He was warm and solid. "Do you wanna leave now then? I'm sure someone on the volleyball team can tell me what happened later. And then I can tell you."
