ATB's Discussion Thread Comment Rules

Here at ATB, we do have a few different rules for people posting and participating in discussion threads for our Series Reads to follow:

1.) No swearing unless it is necessary. We want to try to keep this group as clean as possible. If you do need to swear, you may do so. It is not mandatory by us that you censor your swearing, but we would appreciate it if you did anyway. An example of a necessary time to swear would be if you are quoting part of a book and there happens to be a swear word or two in the quote.

2.) Be kind to everyone. Being kind to everyone means no excluding people from conversations, making fun of them or bully them in any way, shape, or form, and not making any rude, hurtful, or harmful remarks towards their statements and/or thoughts. Respect everyone as well as their statements and thoughts.

3.) Quoting may or may not need to be marked with a spoiler. If your quote does not give away any information on the characters, plot, conflict, or solution, you DO NOT need to mark it with a spoiler. However, if your spoiler does give away any information on the characters, plot, conflict, or solution, you DO need to mark it with a spoiler.

4.) Keep spoilers comments confined to the spoiler discussion threads and keep spoiler-free comments confined to the spoiler-free discussion threads. If your comment has a spoiler, whether it be a quote that has to be marked or it is a genuine spoiler of something, it MUST be posted underneath the spoiler thread. On the other hand, if your comment doesn't contain any spoilers whatsoever, you MUST post it underneath the spoiler-free discussion thread. If we find a spoiler comment in the spoiler-free thread or a spoiler-free comment in the spoiler discussion thread, your comment will be removed if I deem that it is posted underneath the wrong discussion thread. If you get reported three times, I will block you from the group. This is so we can keep this an organized, fun, safe place for everyone.
