The book you linked to has no ISBN listed and was added by a (non-librarian) user, so I assume from book in hand.

My guess is, she couldn't add the isbn as its already claimed by a different cover. WorldCat has the cover on the link & same isbn as above and 477pages.

Publishers frequently have 400 pages listed especially before publication of books (almost like a default number).

But it doesn't make sense that a person wouldn't look at the book as they were entering the details. Especially a non-librarian.

I checked later and the book is not on the user's shelves. I also noticed the user generally does not add ISBNs to the books they add :(

Ah ha. So it is an ACE then.

Made it an ACE and changed pg numbers to 477.
