Language learning CDs

I bought 5 CDs of language learning. (Arabic, Turkish, Greek, Japanese, Mandarin). The original publisher is "Collins".

They all have:
-ISBN code
-Translator
-Editor
-The entire length in minutes of the CD
- Name of the original CD

I know that such item is NOT A BOOK. But can I add them on Goodreads? Are they considered as audiobooks or not? I ask this because I cannot find original English lists, so I was wondering maybe such CDs are not accepted on Goodreads. I have never edited anything "not a book", so decided to ask before doing something.
