SOLVED. Scifi Romance Series about a heroine on the run from her mates who take over the world or something and she's hiding in another planet **spoilers ahead**

h hides out in a shady planet, she's trying to stay hidden from the guys who overthrew the government and are now in charge of the world (they're a superpower now, but before, they used to be slaves for the gov)
She is created as a back-up plan by the gov against the guys...so she gets the desire to kill them if she seems them...

They kidnap her and she eventually falls in love with them (menage?)

I think it's a series. It's dark and violent, but also romance.
It gets pretty dark and she has a relationship with a cyborg before she meets the Hs. I think they use advanced tech to put her to sleep, so she doesn't age in between the books. She eventually finds out she has children?

so, she is asleep for years (to prevent her from aging? or to find a cure because she is sick?)
she wakes up and finds that she has children and that her children are evil now...(and grown up)...she kills them eventually (I think)?
