Nope, I've never cried whilst reading a book. :/ Kinda makes you think my heart is a black hole, eh? But I was sad a lot, not to point of crying, but yeah.

I was reading The Girl Who Was on Fire: Your Favorite Authors on Suzanne Collins' Hunger Games Trilogy, and that made me seem really ignorant about THG. (Lunacy and constant flashbacks) :/ And now I'm reading Les Mis, which is pretty depressing in general. I mean just look at the cover? There's a sad little girl staring into your soul!

I am an avid reader and writer my friend and i found the hunger games and went back and forth for months on whether or not to get it. We did and i fell in love from the very first page! It was an agoniziing wait for both the second and third books (i read them each by the next day after i bought them) and i must say that there are few books so dear to my heart :).

I loveee this series so much its unbelievable... ya. So like everybody in our school was reading it, and it did sound good so im like 'eh, what the hay' and read it.(like 2 months ago) its so AWESOME!!!!

i borrowed THG from the the library. my friend had read it and was hooked. I'd never heard of it before and had no idea what it was about. But I got it and i thought the beginning was so BORING. But i didn't stop. and it got better . . . and better . . . and better. now it's one of my favorite books!
umm... my fav part? anything in the arena. the first HG is my favorite, too. Catching fire and mockingjay were kinda disappointing for me

Hi,
I picked this book up at a scholoastic bookfair, hoping to find something that my 8th grade LD kids could/would like to read. Usually its' hard for me to get into YA lit,but this I read in one night,and ended up buying 7 copies for my kids. I've used it twice since then,made up some of my own worksheets and have been a die-hard fan ever since.

What I disliked about The Mortal Instruments is that it's filled with descriptions about EVERYTHING that sometimes I just run my eyes through the paragraph. x)

On Percy Jackson, it goes straight to the point. The action begins in Chapter One. That's the best part about it. :))

I loved that part in CF when Peeta almost dies. I mean, not the Peeta dying part, but mostly Katniss and Finnick's reactions to it. :P

That was pretty funny, I agree. But scary, too.
Peeta did feel hurt whenever Katniss was 'confused' with her feelings. I felt Peeta's pain. Although, come on! You'd still choose Peeta over Gale in whatever way possible, right?! lol x)

I'm Summer and I have been a Hunger Games fan for the past four years. When Mockingjay came out, I read Hunger Games and Catching Fire the two days before an nearly died of book exhaustion. Anyways, high guys!

My Favorite part of hunger games,.... uhh thats a tuffy cause I really like all of the hunger games, although there were some sore spots. Umm,... I think the ending of Mockingjay.
