Hi, I'm Jon. I found out about the Hunger games when I got my new kindle and saw a quite a few people reading it from twitter/kindle tweets. At first didnt know it was a Teen/Young adult book (I'm 26), But I must say I have really enjoyed the first 2 and have just downloaded the 3rd. I have also bought the analog versions to keep and re-read.
Hi, Jon! I'm Snickerdoodle, I'm a good deal younger than you and I'm extremely strange. You'll learn that quickly. Welcome!
Heyyy, I'm Julia and I love the Hunger Games. I am slightly embarrassed to say I found out about the Hunger Games from my mom. I'm just about the biggest Finnick fan you will ever meet. I like Peeta more than Gale. They are the best series I have ever read. I already have the HG posters for the movie on my wall! :)
heeey everyone im ghania and an absolute hunger games fan! Im sososos excited for the movie and the scene i want to see most is that of katniss putting peeta to sleep and going after the medicine for him. I know that both josh hutcherson and jennifer lawrence will put the right sense of emotion into it, just like i felt when i read the scene in the book! :) I'd love to get a hunger games poster or calender, any idea where i can? thanks ! :)
Hi. My name's Mattie. I was introduced to the hunger games by a friend and my boyfriend got me the first book for my birthday. Once my college was out for winter break I read the first one and my friend who suggested the books lent me Catching Fire and Mockingjay and within 4 days both books were done. I love the details and the flashbacks, the ending with the interviews . over all it is an amazing book series and I'm making my boyfriend read them. Also I love the hanging tree song.
Hello, Julia, Ghania and Mattie! I'm too lazy to write anything else right now...sorry.
Hi. My names Lidia and I am completely obsessed with the Hunger Games. I finished the books in a week and re read them countless times! I can't wait for the movie to come out which will be in 81 days. :) And I got introduced by my friend, and every since then, i've been obsessed.
Snickerdoodle-At least you're honest. =] Lidia-How did you feel about the ending? One of my friends' was good with it but her boyfriend and I found it to be bittersweet. I can't wait for the movie either.
Hi I'm Sophie, I had heard about The Hunger Games for a year before I actually read it... One day last year I just picked it up in class and fell in love with it before I could finish the first couple of pages... I think my fave part was when rue died. Not because Rue died, because she was one of my favorite characters, because of the flowers and the song ... my second favorite part was when she found peeta and saved his life.
Hi everyone, I'm Delanie :) I first heard about the hunger games over a year ago when a few of my friends bough the book, and I said I'd read it but never bought it. I finally read them this year, and fell in love with them almost immediately. My favorite part in THG has to be either the cave scene between Katniss and Peeta, or the time Katniss spends in the Capitol (since it interests me so much :p)
I'm Melissa, and I was reading reviews on THG on amazon.com. I had a sample sent to my Kindle and I was instantly hooked!
Hi Everyone. My name is Ada. I'm a HUGE Hunger Games fan. My mother in law told me about these amazing books last year and I was hooked from page 1. I have read the books 3 times each because I can't seem to find another book or series that quite measures up. Does anyone have any suggestions for me?
Have you read Divergent? Its not quite in the same class as THG, but I enjoyed it immensly anyways. Its also a dystopia, and is going to be part of a trilogy. I would definetly reccomend it if you like THG
Hello, Im about to start the first hunger games book and thought I would join in the conversation. My sister in law and brother recommended it. Im looking forward to reading it. I hope everyone is haveing a great time reading...

It will rank among your favorites soon :) Not saying it will be your top book, but it will be up there.

Hey guys, you can call me Joe. But I don't give my name out in fear that its too original (I've googled it before, it shows my facebook page and everything!) and anyone could find out who I am.I found out about The Hunger Games at my school library where I started reading. Eventually our time was up and I had to get out, I never found the book after that. A few months later my friend was watching the trailer for it because they hadn't admitted their obsession for it until the trailer came out. I didn't believe them until I'd read the book and they'd pretty much told me some things that happened in the books. Anyways, after I saw the trailer it motivated me to actually go searching for the books, I found it at Whitcoulls/Borders, one of those stores. And I'd finished it in maybe a few weeks?
I would say Hunger Games is the best book in the series, only because I felt like Catching Fire was rushed and that in Mockingjay (MOCKINGJAY SPOILER)(view spoiler)
Anyways, I'm looking forward to the movies, only worried about Woody Harrelson playing Haymitch and hoping that the actor chosen can pull off Rue well.
Hello I'm Sharon, I absolutely love The Hunger Games and have read them a few times now.. Being in Australia we have a little while longer to wait for the movie but I am quite excited for it.I am currently co-hosting a Hunger Games Read-along if anyone is interested in participating (by hosting a chapter post) - a nice little re-cap before the movie @ www.obsessionwithbooks.blogspot.com
I look forward to chatting with you all.
Hey I'm Hannah I only just read the series but loved it, pretty disappointed by the last book but loved the series as a whole.
I'm Caitlin. I can't stop reading the series; they've been my companions through my second pregnancy. Ha ha. I found out about them via my followers on Tumblr. I would say that my favorite is the Catching Fire but I really love them all.
Hi,I'm Amy. I teach 7th grade language arts and am currently teaching Hunger Games. My students (and me of course!) love the book. They actually get upset when we have to stop reading and do work. Out of the 3 books, the first one is definitely my favorite, and I am excited to see the movie in March.
Hi, I'm Klara and i found out about The Hunger Games through surfing the web for YA books, and i am ABSOLUTELY OBSSESSED [and proud] with the series. it's too hard to choose which book is my favourite they're all soooo good.

Haaaay. My name's Fariza and the books makes me depressed lol. And don't we have official names? Like for Harry Potter fans, they're called Potterheads... what about us?
Hi, Im kinda new. And i found out about the Hunger Games from a new kid at my school and became best friends with him. :] I do not have a favorite part, I love it all! But i lovve Cinna. :p
Amy wrote: "Just curious - what was the project? I'm always looking for "fun" ways for my kids to learn."There were two options: write important quotes and analyze them (zzzzz)
Or, make your own hunger games type contest. Thats what I did, I made a labyrinth game.
