I'm Jon. I found out about the Hunger games when I got my new kindle and saw a quite a few people reading it from twitter/kindle tweets. At first didnt know it was a Teen/Young adult book (I'm 26), But I must say I have really enjoyed the first 2 and have just downloaded the 3rd. I have also bought the analog versions to keep and re-read.
Hi, Jon! I'm Snickerdoodle, I'm a good deal younger than you and I'm extremely strange. You'll learn that quickly. Welcome!

thanks ! :)

Hello, Julia, Ghania and Mattie! I'm too lazy to write anything else right now...sorry.

Lidia-How did you feel about the ending? One of my friends' was good with it but her boyfriend and I found it to be bittersweet. I can't wait for the movie either.

It will rank among your favorites soon :) Not saying it will be your top book, but it will be up there.

I found out about The Hunger Games at my school library where I started reading. Eventually our time was up and I had to get out, I never found the book after that. A few months later my friend was watching the trailer for it because they hadn't admitted their obsession for it until the trailer came out. I didn't believe them until I'd read the book and they'd pretty much told me some things that happened in the books. Anyways, after I saw the trailer it motivated me to actually go searching for the books, I found it at Whitcoulls/Borders, one of those stores. And I'd finished it in maybe a few weeks?
I would say Hunger Games is the best book in the series, only because I felt like Catching Fire was rushed and that in Mockingjay (MOCKINGJAY SPOILER)(view spoiler)
Anyways, I'm looking forward to the movies, only worried about Woody Harrelson playing Haymitch and hoping that the actor chosen can pull off Rue well.

I am currently co-hosting a Hunger Games Read-along if anyone is interested in participating (by hosting a chapter post) - a nice little re-cap before the movie @ www.obsessionwithbooks.blogspot.com
I look forward to chatting with you all.

OMG I wish I could have read The Hunger Games for 7th grade language arts!!!!

There were two options: write important quotes and analyze them (zzzzz)
Or, make your own hunger games type contest. Thats what I did, I made a labyrinth game.
