((Xavier/Jellybean and Twen/Priscilla))
Clovis had had enough of council members lashing at each other for different opinions about running the kingdom. Sometimes they just got very annoying - especially those older ones who seemed to have a problem with the way he liked ruling his kingdom. As soon as the meeting got over, he stormed out and walked into his own chambers, which he had to instantly leave since it was being cleaned and redecorated. Of course he made a mental note to fire those maids and get more faster ones, but until then, he decided to stay in the drawing room. Someone more entertaining please find your way in, he thought as he sat down and closed his eyes. What was he supposed to do about the current affairs in the kingdom? It was all he was allowed to think for now.

Clovis had his mind thinking about the things going on and if Xavier had not spoken up, he would have ignored him and ultimately fallen asleep. He quickly opened his eyes and looked up at one of his council members, hoping Xavier wasn't here for more 'administration strategies'. "Ah Lord (?) Rowandale! You may speak," he told, gesturing him towards a chair in front.

The streets and market was full of people and children. The adults rushed about doing their daily work as the children played among the streets. At first no one noticed a lone figure of a young woman walking down the street. She was fair with her pale porcelain skin dressed in a simple ice blue linen gown. Her silver hair flowed freely as she stepped down the street. Her ice blue eyes shown brightly as paused to take in the scene before her. Slowly a smile played on her lips as she took a breath. She then took a step forward readying herself before she started. After a moment and a few steps, she began to do a music scale softly at first only catching the attention of a few. But at she continued to walk it became louder making the people stop in awe and speak softly among themselves as the children began to gather and follow her.
Candidly, Clovis wished to call him Xavier as well (or rather his creator wished that because it was a lot easier to type). "Very well then, Xavier," he nodded. He shared the same first name at the murdered noble. It was even more strange to hear him speak about Rosethorn's murder. He was talking about the memorial Reverie had overlooked while he had been to Naulin and apparently- what did he say?! Clovis was never told of this! He was enraged that Reverie did not bother to tell him about this. "How did this happen?" He asked, narrowing his eyes. This murderer was really messing with him. "I want every little detail." If only he had been outside, he would have heard something more pleasant than this.

A challenge? So this "Black Spider" doesn't think that they would ever be caught. Well, Clovis was definitely going to catch the murderer. "What else happened while I was gone?" He asked, sighing. He had to speak to Reverie about this. From somewhere, his ears caught a sweet voice singing melodiously. He strained his ears to try to catch the lyrics and figure out where it was coming from.

((Sorry, but I've got important exams and a couple of other stuff going on, so you'll have to be a little more patient with me.))
Clovis nodded as Xavier continued to explain what happened. While he wanted a more elaborate version, on learning that he had not been inside, he had certainly done the most he could by informing him about the incident. "Thank you for telling me about this, Xavier," he told. The singing on the outside grew louder and it sounded very good. "Let me know if you learn anything else." He got up and went over to the window to see who it was. "Certainly. How well do you know this woman?" He asked Xavier.
((Sorry for taking this long!))
((Sorry for taking this long!))

Between the North, between the South/ Between the West, between the East/ Between the time, between the place" She moved her hands and arms gracefully in a elegant type of dance. "
From the shell/ The song of the sea/ Neither quiet nor calm/ Searching for love again" As she went into the last line of the chorus she brought her hands to cover her heart as her eyes fluttered open. "Mo ghrá (My love)"
"There won't be a single stone unturned to find the killer," Clovis said with a confidence. No one comes to his kingdom, murders his citizens and messes with him. But first, he would need more information. He scanned the scene outside to spot the woman singing. "Well, do you suppose we could bring her here? She could do a great deal for the Summer Carnival," he inquired. She certainly did had a beautiful voice.

(Sorry I took so long to post.)
