If not, I’d be devastated. & what about Greyson? Choosing to stay at the tonist monastery? I get how he feels about wanting to be cared about & feeling a part of something... but at the same time, I feel like Citra & Curie & Faraday could use his help! On to part six, the final part of the book... we’ll see how it turns out...

The description of Scythe Goddard actually gave me goosebumps. I was very much shocked by the revelation that people could be brought back to life.

Actually, Citra taking over the Scythdom with her Inquest was absolutely badass. I am in love with Citra (my new book crush!!). I am so annoyed that I have to break because I invited friends over, which means I have to wait to finish the last 90 pages until bedtime! In saying that though, I am 100% not prepared for the overall end to this novel.

Just finished Thunderhead... I mean I just can't.

I know we all knew Goddard was a [insert bad word], I had no idea that he was this much of one. The description of the Grandslayers falling to their death was both shocking and terrifying, I actually had an existential crisis reading them coming to terms with it.

And don't even get me started on Citra and Rowan. I am devastated. No one is now alive to stop Goddard and I just can't handle this type of cliffhanger.

Waiting until September is going to be painful...

Just got my copy today!!! So of course I haven’t been able to put it down!!! Just got done with part one and I missed Citra and Rowan!!! Citra is also great, I like how she thinks about what people want when she gleans. I’m so interested to see how the thunderhead develops! (hide spoiler)]

I agree that the (view spoiler)[ AWFul clubs are an interesting aspect. Pairing up people who like to be beat up a bit is a nice touch. They say there’s a job to make everyone happy... I find it interesting how the Thunderhead keeps everyone in line and indulges their behaviors to a certain extent. I could seriously see a lot of this stuff happening in the future. I agree! I could absolutely see this kind of stuff happening in the future, to a certain extent. I really liked the aspect of the AWFul clubs. Another part of the amazing world building!
