The book starts with the heroine in trouble because of a snow storm/car problems. She faints on the ground and is rescued by the hero. The hero takes her to a cabin. The heroine doesn't trust the hero at first. They spend the night. She leaves before the hero wakes up and goes back home. It's a place starting with 'T'.

The heroine has a sister and a brother. Everyone thinks her sister is prettier than the heroine.
The brother is in trouble - he has a job at the mall. His boss demands that he bring his sister to the office to discuss punishment. The brother thinks that is because he saw a photo of his "prettier" sister and liked her. The heroine worries the boss wants to harass her sister so she goes instead.

The boss turns out to be the hero from the cabin. He tells the heroine to marry him to save her brother. He takes her to another town where he owns another mall.

The sister and brother come to visit her eventually. The hero doesn't like how much the heroine's siblings depend on her and think they are selfish. Heroine thinks the hero likes her sister because he spends a lot of time with her.

Hey, I read the book in 2015. The book is old, I think it was written in the 1980s.

The book is based in the US - I THINK they were based in Oklahoma but cannot be sure.

Her brother is in trouble because of theft - I think he was stealing money from the mall. He works at the mall but I can't remember his exact job.

The heroine's job wasn't specified either. But she was taking care of her younger sister and brother.
