I have never read a graphic like this before. It was surprising in the use of media. I thought it was going to be more traditional in the sense of the word graphic novel like Archie comics.
I really enjoyed it. #Notyourprincess included illustrations, interviews, poems, and at times seemed like I was reading the private put together journal of a group of women, of girls becoming women, of women becoming girls. It was a quick read. I do recommend it to those who want to make a study of it since they are many different types of art and expressing yourself and who you are in the culture.
