I LOVED Tower of Dawn!

Oooh now I'm intrigued ... maybe I will pick it up

I'm reading

Sadly I didnt end up loving

I'm reading [boo..."
I felt the same way about those two books. Dimple and Rishi was a cute couple that made me smile when I needed it!

Why this book got so much crap on being racist and so on and on and on Is just dumb! People are bringing to much real World issues into a fantasy world where it dont belong! To say this book was racist/feminist/degrading/ homophobic and any other phobics is BS!! To say all this would to say it about ANY fantasy book out there .
Its a bit Harry Potter -Ish kinda not really but does take place at a Magic boarding school and there are many different "races" rather Fae , Demon , Werewolf, Ogre and so on with different kinds of magic but not everyone has magic.

I totally agree. Yeah the book deals with social issues but not in an offensive way. And if all books were totally 100% PC with no character being offensive or having any flaws then reading would be heck of boring. I feel bad for the author. It feels like she got targeted for no good reason. And I'm generally considered pretty liberal.

Hey everyone, hope you are all doing well...I've been reading a lot of non-fiction at the moment and it may be like that for some time as I am starting my university degree this year online...eeeppppp it's going to be full on and just another crazy thing to add to my already busy life but I'm hoping it will be most rewarding. So right now I'm still reading
- textbooks are always fun lol

I dunno but Im sure its going to be something BIG!! And I agree I love this love triangle which I usually hate in a book but I really like both of the guys!

I totally connected with the story & characters. Touches close to home and I still found to be a great story! I gave it 5 stars

Thanx @Laura and @Sylvia <3

I'm very excited for the movie!

I thought it was good. I have learned not to read reviews until after I am done so that I am not influenced by other people's opinions. I tend to like things others don't and not like the ones that everyone else is raving about :D

It was good, I was pleasantly surprised by how much I liked it. Worth the read.

yep, I finished it and I am on the fence. I gave it 4 stars ( really a 3 and a half) because I found myself getting into it, but then there were parts that just aggravated me, and it was so slow. I like her writing style and her descriptions and that part was there, but the actual story line fell kind of flat. I just don't know how I feel about it quite yet.. definitely not my favorite by her.

I really enjoyed this one Phoenix. I don’t care to read reviews until I’m finished with the book because I don’t want the outside influence.

Thanks Tracey. I started yesterday and it's a little daunting trying to navigate online study. You pretty much have to figure things out on your own but once we get a few lectures and group collaborative info sessions in it will go a lot smoothly.
