Jenny (juliababyjen) | 1075 comments So, my 3 day weekend readathon is over. I read a total of 1,551 pages!

I finished Before She Ignites (Fallen Isles Trilogy #1) by Jodi Meadows Fierce How Competing for Myself Changed Everything by Aly Raisman First & Then by Emma Mills Ever the Brave (A Clash of Kingdoms #2) by Erin Summerill

I enjoyed them all. First & Then got 3.5 stars from me. I liked her newest book, Foolish Hearts a lot better. This was her first book and the writing was a bit rough. But I eventually got into it. The characters were awesome, and it had a good ending.

The other 3 books all got 4 stars. Really fun reads!

I'm almost done with The Dazzling Heights (The Thousandth Floor #2) by Katharine McGee which is so addicting!

After that, its Nyxia (The Nyxia Triad, #1) by Scott Reintgen and Batman Nightwalker (DC Icons, #2) by Marie Lu

message 113: by Mika Michelle (new)

Mika Michelle I finished The Sea of Monsters (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, #2) by Rick Riordan with my son 5/5. He got ahead of me so I need to catch up to him by adding The Titan's Curse (Percy Jackson and the Olympians, #3) by Rick Riordan , and The Shadow Throne (The Ascendance Trilogy, #3) by Jennifer A. Nielsen to my Feb reading agenda. I'm also reading Dragonflight (Dragonriders of Pern, #1) by Anne McCaffrey , Truthwitch (The Witchlands, #1) by Susan Dennard , Mr. Churchill's Secretary (Maggie Hope Mystery, #1) by Susan Elia MacNeal , The Book of Speculation by Erika Swyler and An Enchantment of Ravens by Margaret Rogerson for different book clubs I'm in. I also want to do the romance reading for the month of Feb. All this is pending my school work allows it... LMAO. I may have to audiobook everything and listen while commuting and entering data for work..LOL.. Either way the shortest month of the year is jammed packed with books already. I may have to carry over into March. Wish me luck.

Victoria | 259 comments I posted on the old thread, not realizing there was a new one started so I will post again. I am currently reading Passenger (Passenger, #1) by Alexandra Bracken which is good, but a little slow, which is exactly what I thought of the Dangerous Minds series by her, but I am hoping that something will kick up the pace so I keep hanging in there. I also am starting We Were Liars by E. Lockhart for the book club I belong to, I don't know much about it, but hopefully it will be good, or at least be good for discussion :)
