You know what your new profile picture reminds me of?->
This is a german childrens book about a little ghost. One day the town clock gets changed and the little ghost wakes up at 12am instead of 12pm. When the ghost gets out of its castle it is turned black by the sun and is no longer a night ghost but a day ghost. In the following it needs to find a way to become a night ghost again. At the back of my old copy of this book is a picture of the ghost in black and I immediately had to think of it when I saw your picture :)

Hey Barry :)I haven't made a plan for those series yet, I want to keep next year as open as possible to avoid burning out like I did this year. Will definitely let you know when I decide to read 'em though!
Those two series are on my priority list for 2019 (especially Ketty Jay!)

I'm looking at fiddling with the top row formulas, so you can see my January-October numbers for the competition, and I can use the same sheet through December from personal use... gonna have to get rid of the 2 row merges, and just duplicate the formulas, I think, with slight changes...

Haha, I did that just yesterday! If you take a look at my sheet, I've removed the ranking informations to copy the formulas for points/page reads. I think I'll simply copy->paste only values on October 31st instead of fiddling with the formulas though.

I don't know if the threads were set up that far in advance, and if they were, they were probably set up for the far future as we're about 2 or 3 books ahead of the bigger group.

Altho' like Bea, I too wish you'd kept the Empress nomer at least until Halloween. Since you will officially be updatimg House Google at least until then + it felt nice, Virginie...you were like an AllMother (I mean this complimentarily, not like "old age" or anything cuz I'm much older than you lot...๐) but like you were watching out for me/all of us and we needn't worry abt anything spreadsheet-y.

@Bea, thanks for sharing that story...must've been lovely reading that book as a child. Now all day (bcuz of this comment) I'd been thinking really nice thoughts/memories about ALL the books and stories I've loved over the years...

Halloween ah the day where I vowed to give people sweets after an incident where a little catgirl came to our door and wished trick or treat and it was so cute but I felt so bad for her for coming to our street so I decided to try and give treats and have fun on this day after that.

Sorry I embellish and I'm not sure if I am the right person to talk about this.Pretty much I remember Virginie put her face as a profile picture but she changed it when she got some messages of guys hitting on her or something and changed it back this was early this year actually and I think we joked about stalkers so that got into the mix somehow

Halloween is the one day a year I turn my porch light off... I don't mess with trick or treaters... I'm asleep during that time... and it's become a dangerous holiday over the years, to the point I hear more and more about these Church parking lot Halloweens, where parents of young children meet up on a designated day, and hand out candy from their trunks to young children in a safe environment... "Trunk or Treat" .. apparently some use it as an opportunity to decorate their car...
