This Man question

It went well beyond not sticking up for herself. I thought she was a nitwit and that he was completely crazy and all they did was drive each other insane.

Just finished the 3rd book and o yes, Ava is a total nitwit but then so is Jesse. Match made in crazyland. Who else will have them?

I don't think it's that she's weak. She's just dumb and gives in too much. But I feel like it is totally her choice because in her mind she already can't live without him anyways and even though she knows he is controlling she at times on purpose pushes his buttons.

I don't know she was a cluster fuck of shattered emotions throughout the books really.

I didn't really care for the series and I think a lot of it had to do with Ava. i wanted to yell at her so many times. After about the third time she thought she lost her birth control it was ridiculous. I wish she had been written as a stronger smarter woman.

I am glad to see that there are people who feel the same as me. These books drove me crazy because of the dynamics between the two. Then I felt guilty because so many people raved about the books.

They drove me cray but I couldn't stop reading. At one point I thought that I was just as crazy as they were because they were a train wreck and I loved them.

I think that the racist, mentally challenged author should learn how to write. I tried reading this book and had gone in with low expectations but I still got to a point where I couldn't take any more of its stupidity. This book is a waste of precious, precious time. Read something better. I would suggest Knight by Kristen Ashley and In Flight by R.K. Lilley.

I really think Ava has to stick up for herself. Professionally, she is got if she is not dealing whit Jesse. How she handle her other clients is good. But when she is whit Jesse it is like she is another person
I almost did not finish the book, because I did not like Jesse. He did not answer any of Ava questions but expected her to always answer him.
Plus he was cling, stalking her and I think he was steeling her pills to get her pregnant so she will always be his. That his “hotel” was not a “hotel” was not a shock factor.

I loved this series and loved Jesse.Yes,he was crazy and YES Ava needed a back bone.I think she liked him a little crazy but had she stood her ground a little more it would've been better

Completely agree Ava was weak and let's Jesse trample all over her it was annoying
