SOLVED. Fiction book about man with brain disorder. [s]

I think this book has the word cranium in the title but can't be certain. I also think it may have been translated from another language (perhaps German). It's about a man who suffers blackouts and rages and has an aunt with the same condition who has superhuman strength and murders people because of her brain condition.

Hi, sorry just seen this. We can put this one in solved now as I did a mega search over the weekend and the book is Called Skull Sessions by Daniel Hecht. Can I just say this group is fab and what a clever idea it is!
